Kate Kane is an attorney at Medalist Legal.  Prior to joining Medalist Legal, Kate’s work experience included working at the Arizona Corporation Commission, Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, Civil Litigation Division and the City of Mesa.  Kate  also handled complex litigation and contract negotiations as In-House Counsel at a top ranking Phoenix based medical company.

Kate’s practice includes handling all facets of litigation, drafting transactional documents, and handling regulatory matters.
