Devin Tarwater is a partner at Medalist Legal and handles a variety of both litigation and transactional matters, primarily in the areas of business and real estate law.
Devin has successfully handled many real estate disputes for homeowners, real estate investors, lenders, borrowers, management companies, and real estate professionals. His litigation practice covers nearly all types of real estate disputes, including HOA matters, business owner disputes, title matters, easement disputes, loan document enforcement, trustee’s sales, and builder actions.
Devin’s transactional practice includes negotiating commercial real estate purchase and sale agreements (ranging from simple to complex, multi-million-dollar transactions), lease agreements, corporate documents, conveyance documents, well sharing agreements, and assisting with due diligence. Prior to beginning his legal career, Devin worked at one of the nation’s five largest brokerage firms as a registered agent.
